Shipping + tax

  • No taxes will be charged, as tax is included in the item prices

  • Free USPS ground shipping for USA domestic orders $30 and over

  • Packages will be shipped from Redmond, WA and will be processed within one week

  • I currently do not ship internationally

  • There may be delays with shipping around holidays and Black Friday

  • Unfortunately, I cannot help with missing packages after dropping the package off at USPS. Please work with USPS to attempt to find your package with the tracking number

Returns + exchanges + cancellations

  • I currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds

  • Orders are eligible for cancellation if you contact me within 24 hours of your order.

Damaged + missing items

  • If your order arrives damaged or there are missing/incorrect items in your package, please contact me at art@mori.ink or through the contact form. I will try my best to make it right. If there are extra items, no need to return those!
